Saw Spiderman today. We had church, then a potluck (of all things), then I was upstairs on the stage messing around on the bass with my guitar teacher. Josh, Danny, Kalindi, and Bobby showed up and we went to the theater, about twenty minutes away. I rode with Bobby - it was SO nice not to have to drive. Anyway, the matinee show we wanted to see was sold out. We bought tickets for the next show and had three hours to kill, so we stopped by the dollar store. Kalindi bought a couple bags of bread so we could go to the park and feed the ducks, Bobby and Danny bought like a frisbee and baseball and stuff, and I bought candy. The park was actually fun. We ended up playing Sardines for a little while, which is like hide-and-go-seek except only one person hides and everyone else looks for that person - and if you find the hider, you hide with them. Anyway, there was this group of guys sitting in the gazebo (where I had my prom dinner a couple of years ago . . . awww), so I went over and invited them to join our game. They were SO STONED. One of them responded to me: "Well, we have a big bottle of whiskey coming." I was like, "Ok, well, if you change your mind, you'll see us wandering around." All in all, it was really fun. The weather was PERFECT. I can't wait for summer, I can't wait, I can't wait. The other night I blew through all my Latin for the whole rest of the semester. This week I plan to finish all my Art and Psychology bookwork, then I can kick back and enjoy art projects and guitar until graduation. And my Statistics class, of course, but that's almost over. I'm still debating whether to add photographs of my friends and family. This diary is my little secret, so I don't know if it would be right to post their pictures without them knowing it. Luckily for you people, Katie loves taking pictures of me AND I still have a big pile of rejected senior portrait prints, so there are about 982 more where these came from. Hmm . . . so how do I feel. I am stoked about going to Great America on Saturday, learning the bass for free in addition to guitar, getting a pay raise. Less than stoked about living at home after I graduate - I'm still working through that issue. Also, I hate the way I felt today . . . you see, I think the teenage version of dating is STOOPID, with normal adult dating taking a close second. However, I miss the affection - I love being hugged. bleaaaaah (vomit noise)
