So then. Yesterday Danny called at 8:20 A.M., asking if I could give him a ride to school to pick up his independent study work. Apparently, his truck broke down. Some radiator problem. And his brother crashed his truck last week, the day before he took his drive test, which he failed. And his dad was out working with his truck. And their van has been sitting in the yard for months only needing a hose of some sort. Anyway, I dragged my butt out of bed, took a shower, and got in the car. Other than that, I spent yesterday painting - finally got all the doors for the addition painted - and reading my very last Art chapter. No bookwork for the rest of the semester, wee! Hmm and I also did an art project. Today, I worked for a spell. Then I got really sick and came home. So I went to sleep and felt better when I woke up. I planned on going back to work but my boss called and told me not to, so whatever. We (the youth) finally served the labor we auctioned off during the Famine. Two hours of cleaning my coworker's CR-V. And now, here I am. Incubus is playing on the radio right now. That one song that's too catchy for its own good, that goes "Whatever tomorrow brings, I'll be there, with open arms and open eyes . . ." It's kind of a gay song. I'm of the opinion that "doo doo doo, doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo" has no place in rock music. Nor "La da da da da." Anyway. The lead singer dewd was way cooler back when he had dreads. I know this is probably the most unaffected entry I've ever written (eh, probably not), but I really am not emo right now at all. Just kind of a level. Not particularly excited about anything or upset about anything.
