So the other day this guy kissed me on the hand, so the past few days I've been wondering. Because I am a complete idiot when it comes to boys' intentions. I never see it coming, ever. A friend will tell me, "He thought you were cute" and I'll be like, "whaat?" . . . all stupid-like. And then not believe it. So the other day I had no witnesses, so I don't know what anything means. Is it secret boy code for "I'm a psycho"? Does it mean "You dazzle me, and I'm a nice guy"? "I need to get some action, so I'm trying to be romantic"? THIS IS WHY I DON'T DATE! Ok, breathe. Life has been so busy that I literally have not done anything social for at least three weeks, possibly longer, I just can't remember. Oh yeah! I know, the last social thing I did was on Labor Day, when I went to dinner at a friend's house and hung out with this graphic designer dewd named Jesse. But other than that, I'm taking 16 units at school, I just started tutoring for a study group, I work 20 hours a week, plus leading the youth group and attending various church leadership meetings. My friends are plotting against me. They have big plans to peer pressure me with all they have tomorrow. Every Sunday, they want me to hang out and play Monopoly, but like, my only few free hours of the whole week, I feel like going straight to bed after church, and they want me to make a Monopoly date with them? Umm . . . no, thanks. All of which begs the question, "Why am I online so much then?"
