Ahhh haha. I just proved my youthful stupidity again. I re-pierced my eyebrow. Well, it was somewhere between re-piercing and finding it to be open still. It was just bugging me that the marks were so visible still and I had a sneaking suspicion that it wasn't healed up yet. So I burned a safety pin (this is really really stupid, never do it) and stuck it through the old hole and sure enough, it was closed but the scar tissue hadn't healed up so it went through pretty easily. I didn't even want it pierced again, really, but it's kind of cool to have options. Plus, maybe I can get it to heal a little smaller since the holes were all ripped up last time I decided to let it heal closed, thus the excessively large marks. None of that's going to happen though, because it's probably just going to get infected and turn green and then black (like Heroine Bob in SLC Punk) and then either a) I'll be quarantined and end up taping anarchy signs all over the walls or b) my eyebrow will fall off. Either would be kind of interesting. I'm sorry but there's something gratifying about modding yourself. I felt the same way when I gauged my ears from 18 to 10 in one step. That was also very foolish (I used a toothpick, then cut the ends and left it in for three days before I bought plugs) but I did get lucky with that and it never got infected. I don't know what it is, though. I guess just because I feel like I own it more if I do it myself. In other news, I taught myself to play Mr. Jones tonight. I'm pretty excited about that because it's totally a good song to know for when everyone's just hanging out and passing the guitar around, since everyone who's anyone or no one knows that song. Although, it has way more lyrics than I thought; I didn't realize that, save "Mr. Jones, and me," each chorus is different and there are tons of verses. Ah well, memorization for meeee!
