Hi there. Mexico City rocks, it´s ugly but I love it . . . all the houses are walled in so there´s grafitti everywhere (but not the beautiful kind like in San Francisco, where the grafitti-ers are artists) and in general it´s kind of dingy and run-down looking. Inside the outer walls though, houses have patios and courtyards and can be very nice inside. I eat great food all the time and can´t spend money even when I try because someone always wants to pay for me. Most of the taxis are Volkswagen Beetles, and yes, you can fit four people in the back seat. The guys always always always open the doors for girls, and offer a hand to help them off the bus. I´m getting better at the language everyday, sink or swim learning is pretty effective.
